General Questions

Do I need to register to make a donation?

To make a one-time donation, there is no need to register. However, there are several advantages to registration. For example, you can review your donation history, save your personal and payment information (credit/debit card or bank account) and set up recurring (weekly, monthly or annual) donations.

How do I schedule a weekly, monthly or annual donation?

Any donation can be made on a one-time or recurring (weekly, monthly or annual) basis. For each fund you are donating to, choose "One Time", "Weekly", "Monthly" or "Annual" from the pull-down menu. If you choose "Weekly", specify the day of the week you wish to make your donation it will happen on the same day each week. If you choose "Monthly", specify the date you wish to make your first donation; future donations will be made on the same day of each month. If you choose "Annual", specify the month and date you wish to make your first donation; future donations will be made on the same month and date of each year.

With the exception of certain funds that have limited durations, all recurring donations are set to continue until you cancel it.

How do I change or cancel a weekly, monthly or annual donation?

If you have set up a recurring (weekly, monthly or annual) donation, you can change or cancel it at any time. Once you log into your account, click on "Donations" at the main menu on the left-hand side. Here you will find information about your past and scheduled donation. Under Scheduled Donations. find the donation to which you want to make a change or cancellation. If you wish to make a change, click on "Edit" on the right-most column - you can change the amount of donation or the frequency. If you wish to cancel, click on the trash can icon.

Can I cancel my scheduled donations at any time?

You can log in and delete your scheduled donations at any time or contact your church administrator to delete the scheduled donations on your behalf.

Can I donate to more than one church from the same user account?

You can donate to only one church from the same user account. If you wish to donate to more than one church, you may set up additional user accounts. There is no need to set up any user account for making one-time donations.

Are all of my donations tax-deductible?

Donations to qualified non-profit organizations are tax-deductible. Please confirm with the church to which you make your donations.

Who do you share my donation and personal information with?

We will use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Your church administrators do not have access to credit/debit card or bank account information, but can view your personal information and donation history.

Can I make a donation in someone else's name?

You can dedicate your donation in someone's name or to a cause. When making a donation, click on the checkbox next to "Add Dedication", and a box will open up where you can type in your dedication. For security reasons, you must provide your name to us when making a donation.

Can I make an anonymous donation?

We do not currently allow donations to be made anonymously.

Payment Questions

How may I pay for my donations?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and eChecks (electronic checks).

What is an eCheck?

eCheck or electronic check is a way for you to use your bank account to make a payment online. In order to use an eCheck, you will need the routing number to your bank (usually the first nine numbers at the bottom of a paper check) and your bank account number (the second set of numbers at the bottom of a paper check). Please ask your financial institution for help to determine your routing number and bank account number.

How long does it take for a donation to clear (funds to be debited) from my bank or card account?

Credit Card or Debit Card: When making a donation with a credit card or debit card, it may take two to three business days to clear your bank or post to your card statement.

eCheck: When making a donation with an eCheck, it may take three to five business days for funds to clear (be debited from) your bank account.

How will my donation be reflected on my credit card or bank statement?

Your donation, while it is pending, may show up as PAY*DONATION(PENDING) on your online bank account or credit card statement. Once your payment has cleared, the transaction descriptor will change to the name of your church.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Reversals

How can I cancel a donation? How do I request a refund for a donation that was already completed?

We can only accept refund and cancellation requests from the church to which you made your donation. If you wish to request for a refund or cancellation, please contact the church directly.

Why was my donation declined?

Donations may not be authorized for processing by your bank or financial institution. Please contact your bank or financial institution for details.

Why was my eCheck donation reversed?

Even if you have received a donation confirmation e-mail for a donation you made with an eCheck, it takes up to two business days for your financial institution to verify that funds are available in your bank account. If the financial institution cannot verify your account information or if the funds are not available, they will let us know and your donation will be reversed. If you still wish to make a donation, please resubmit a new one.

What do I do if I made a duplicate donation?

Please contact the church to which you made the donation and request a cancellation or refund.

Account Management Questions

I forgot the password to my user account. What should I do?

Please contact us to request a temporary password to be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file with your user account.

How can I view my donation history?

If you are a registered user, you may access your donation history at any time. Once you logged into your account, click "Donations" at the main menu on the left-hand side, and you'll find information about your past and scheduled donations.

Other Service Questions

Is your web site secure?

We treat security very seriously and take multiple measures to protect you and your information. We ensure that your personal and financial data is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We process your transactions and store your credit card information in accordance with PCI standards.

Refunds

Who do I contact for refunds?

Please contact us with the following information:

  • Name of donor;
  • Name of church;
  • Church or Parish ID;
  • Name of fund;
  • Date of donation;
  • Transaction reference number;
  • Amount to be refunded; and
  • Reason for the refund.

Who can request a refund?

All refund requests must come from an authorized representative of the church to which the donation was made. We cannot process refund requests from donors.

How long does a refund take to complete?

If a refund is requested and the original form of payment is an eCheck, then we will wait five days for this check to clear before submitting the refund request to the bank. The donor can expect payment back within 7 to 10 business days from the transaction date. Generally, credit card or debit card returns will be refunded in two to three business days.

Donation Processing

How long does it take for a donation to be reach the church bank account?

Generally, funds will reach the church bank account within four business days after the transaction has been submitted for processing, subject to any risk reviews or bank processing delays.

For example: If a donation is made using a credit card on a Friday, the donation will usually be sent for processing on Monday and will be deposited to the bank account by Thursday.
